Here you will find the conditions of participation for the current competitions and contests of the Hahnenklee Chalets.
“Advent raffle 2024” competition on the social media platforms Facebook & Instagram
Organizer of the campaign: The competition is organized by Buntenbock Invest GmbH & Co KG, Am Brink 11, 38678 Clausthal-Zellerfeld. Contact: info@harz-urlaubs-alm.de | Tel. +49 5323 99491 0 Prizes: A total of six prize vouchers and five Harzer Wandernadel hiking passes will be raffled off in ten draws. One prize voucher has a value of 100 euros and can be redeemed when booking a future stay in the chalets of the Hahnenklee-Bockswiese vacation village, Birkenweg 5-7, 38644 Hahnenklee-Bockswiese. The voucher cannot be redeemed in parts. The hiking passes will be raffled off in cooperation with the “Harzer Wandernadel”. Winners will be notified via a public post on the Hahnenklee Ferienchalets social media pages on Facebook and Instagram and subsequently via a private message. Duration of the competition: The competition runs from 28.12.2024 to 24.12.2024, 11 a.m. Prerequisite for participation in the competition: The participant must be at least 18 years old. Participation takes place by following the respective Hahnenklee Ferienchalets account on Facebook and/or Instagram and by liking, commenting on or sharing the respective competition post on the corresponding channels. Another person must be tagged in the comment. Conditions of participation: By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to the conditions of participation listed here as well as the data protection conditions at: https://hahnenklee-ferienchalets.de/datenschutzerklaerung/ Participation is not dependent on the purchase of goods or the use of a service from Feriendorf Hahnenklee-Bockswiese. The purchase of a product or the use of a service does not increase the chances of winning. Participation in the competition includes the consent to the naming of the first and last name on the “Hahnenklee Chalets” Facebook and Instagram page in the event of a win. Draw: All participants who meet the requirements will be entered online into the “Wheel of Names” draw tool with their username from Facebook or Instagram. The winners are determined by clicking on the digital wheel of fortune. A draw for the winner will take place on 01.12., 06.12. 08.12., 16.12., 22.12. and 24.12. in camera. Legal recourse is excluded. Notification: The winners will be announced with their social media user name on Facebook and Instagram. The winner will be informed by private message. Further personal data, such as the e-mail address and postal address, will be collected in order to send the prize. Processing of personal data: The processing of personal data of the data subjects is carried out in accordance with the applicable European and national legislation.
Participants agree that their details will be collected, processed and used for the purpose of participating in and running the competition and that their first name and surname will be published on the Facebook and Instagram pages if they win. The data will not be used for purposes other than those stated in the conditions of participation. This consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by sending an email to info@hahnenklee-ferienchalets.de. Period of validity: The voucher is valid until 31.12.2025.
