Cancellation.
The cancellation policy depends on the rate. With the flexible standard rate, you can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival; after that, this sliding scale applies. Special offer rates have their own terms and conditions – you can view these for each rate and before finalising your booking.

- Payment
- For all our rates, the full booking amount is due after the reservation is made. You can view the terms and conditions before booking.
- Included & final cleaning
- Included are bed linen, towels, energy, parking and Wi-Fi. The final clean costs €150 per chalet per stay and is shown separately.
- Visitor’s levy
- In addition, the local visitor’s levy applies: currently €3.00 per person per day, and €1.65 per child per day for children aged 6 to 17. Statutory reductions and exemptions remain unaffected.
- Extras
- Want to arrive earlier, leave later or add something to your booking? You can view extras and prices when booking or enquire directly with us. You can book the following extras: early arrival €50 (one-off), late departure €50 (one-off), sauna package €9 (one-off), bouquet of flowers €25 (one-off), pet €18 per day per dog, high chair free of charge, cot €15 (one-off), sauna fragrance €7.
Good to know before booking.
- Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.
- Up to 10 guests, including two on extra beds. Babies are not counted.
- A cot (for children up to 2.5 years old, one-off charge of €15) and a high chair (free of charge) are provided in every chalet. If you need any more, please let us know in advance.
- Final cleaning: €150 per chalet per stay, shown separately.
- The chalets are non-smoking.
- Bringing a dog? €18 per day per dog, maximum of two dogs per chalet; please specify this when booking.
